Are You Making Noise or Music?
Personal Style is in fact journey into our best selves. The goal is mastery of the things, pieces, and ideas that express our ideals. I was asked the other day by my friend’s mother what the value was in wearing clothes that fit and flatter or that complement the natural coloring. “What does it matter? Isn’t it enough that we be neat and clean and that i like the garment in question, regardless of whether anyone likes it or not?” she asked. I thought, what an interesting question. As you may well know from experience, we like and sometimes enjoy a number of things, ideas, people, and places, and situations that may not necessarily serve our best interest in the long run.
