iCECREAM STYLE

Consultations:

If a one hour consultation is requested, the fee of $175 will be charged to client and is payable immediately following the consultation. If Ayo Fashola iCECREAM STYLE services are retained, the fee will be deducted from the clients’ first invoice.

Cancellations:

In the event a client must cancel their appointment; we ask that you telephone one day in advance if possible. If an appointment made without a deposit is cancelled less than eight (8) hours in advance, a one hour fee of $175 will be charged to client.

Purchases:

When shopping without the client present, the client must supply an authorized credit card which may be used for cash or credit purchases, or an escrow account may be set up for funds to be made available for Ayo Fashola to make client purchases. Ayo Fashola iCECREAM STYLE will supply an escrow account funds letter of agreement for the client through her attorney.

Billing:

An invoice for “Services Rendered” and an invoice for “Expenses and Reimbursements” will be sent to the client after the scheduled appointment is completed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment may be made with American Express, VISA, MasterCard, bank check or cash.

Regular Travel:

• Client is responsible for all expenses incurred by Ayo Fashola iCECREAM STYLE.
• Taxi/Town Car/Limousine service or the rental of a luxury car for in-town or out of town excursions.
• All parking fees if private parking is not available and taxi/town car service once automobile is garaged.
• When traveling to a client destination outside of DALLAS/FT-WORTH, the rate of $150 per hour will be charged (does not apply to day rate.)

Overnight Travel Expenses:

During overnight travel all expenses are to be paid by client;

• Town car/ Limousine service to and from airport.
• Roundtrip Business Class air fare.
• Taxi service, town car service or luxury car rental.
• Deluxe accommodations in a non-smoking room at a major hotel.
• All meals and gratuities.
• All hotel room phone calls made on clients behalf.

Contracts & Deposits:

Ayo Fashola of iCECREAMSTYLE requires a standard contract to be signed by client for Personal Styling, Image Consulting, Full Day Bookings, or Overnight Travel. A 50% or estimated non-refundable deposit will be requested with signing of all contracts.
